Space Station Garden Report! I harvested succssful batches of microgreens yesterday: Violet Radish and Daikon Radish. I might harvest them a little earlier next time as they wound up spicier than I expected.
Today I planted two new batches: Amaranth and Cabbage. I've never grown either before. I'm really excited to see how they grow and how they taste as microgreens.
