How did you decide you wanted to write a book?
In High School, a task was given to write where one was seeing yourself in 5, 10, 20 years. Most students wrote one page, some less. I made a ten page short story out of it, and the teacher got excited.
Way later in life, I suddenly remembered that moment, and thought "Let's give it a try."
