"During a long speech at his rally, attended by NBC news, he referenced the $91.63 million bond he posted yesterday to stay enforcement of the $83.3 million judgment Carroll obtained—and said it was “based on false accusations made about me by a woman that I knew nothing about, didn’t know, never head of, I know nothing about her.”
I wonder if posting of the bond for the Appeal makes him think he can reitigate it.
