I did some work a few years back with steganography. Encoding data in images (and video frames).
The idea was secure messaging using a public facing chat forum where the chat text is generated by AI, and posted media contains encrypted and encoded data payloads.
If I was using emoji's, then I would be encoding a tiny url because the amount of data you can encode is limited to the size of the image.
Then that url would act as a data provider endpoint.
