My vivobarefoot shoes have a lot of width at the front. Normally I am 9.5US but 10 by width. These are... I think 7? Maybe UK size... Anyway, my toes are plenty spread.

Barefoot shoes should be wider but I was surprised how well the fit.

I have a cramp problem these days though, which limits my mileage a bit.still I have no problem covering 35km in a day.
