i think that if we take heed in the next 10 years and start to focus on developing tech solutions that rely less on radio and overland wires and more on underground wires and optical signalling and build in burnout protection against EMP damage in our radio devices we might actually manage to get through this
and i think i would almost place bets that about 10% of global electrical grids are going to be fucked up in the next two years and not be working again for another 5 or more
