Just booked a ticket with VIA on Discount Tuesdays. But "the discount isn't valid", a selected seat is now $7 and a suitcase bigger than 64 cm x 40 x 30 (roughly) is another $25. That $46 seat can become $88 all of a sudden. #Ottawa
