Its kind of difficult. tor addresses are the simplest however not everyone is running tor so they wouldn't be able to see them
If you want everyone on the internet to be able to see your server then you're going to have to buy a domain and setup a proxy :(
You can always generate lightning invoices, since those work everywhere
