I play and work with computers a lot. I keep attracting piles of cables: power, network, display, all kinds of USB, etc. I've never had a satisfactory solution for storing them.

I get rid of ones I don't want to keep, but that's not enough.

I'd like find the cable I need easily. I'd like the collection to not take a lot of space, and I'm not able to allocate a room just to store cables. I can allocate about a briefcase or two.

What's the smartest cable storage at home you know about?
