When we first moved to #Lisbon I would periodically hear a pan flute echoing down the streets. It would happen when I was at different parts of the neighborhood and it confused the shit out of me.

Fast forward 2 years and I now realize this is a guy who rides his bicycle around sharpening knives. He plays the pan flute to let folks know he's nearby, and you can run outside with your knives (don't run with knives) and he sharpens them right there for you on his bicycle. Fucking wild, man.
