The DIFFERENCE between bitcoin and "crypto". Its HUGE. No one controls Bitcoin . ALL other "cryptos" have a centralized authority that runs centralized servers. Bitcoin is distributed around the world on tens of thousands of independent computers that run open source software. Most "cryptos" are embedded in a few servers and most are closed source software. Bitcoin is mathematically and algorithmically capped at a fixed 21 million supply. All "crypto"s can be adjusted to increase the supply. Bitcoin has been around 15 years with zero interruptions in service 24/7/365. Most other "cryptos" are fly by night, new, have interruptions in service. Bitcoin is a name recognized world wide. There are 4000 "cryptos", can you name them?
Most all "cryptos" can simple be turned off or reprogrammed. Bitcoin CANNOT be changed without a nearly impossible consensus.
BITCOIN is impossible to stop.
