You're a liar. I wasn't certain of anything about sodium. I specifically wasn't certain which is why I asked about it. That's what I do when I'm lacking knowledge of something. I ask people who have more information than me. As for constipation, it's my first-hand experience that keto caused me constipation. Again that's why I asked about it because I was unsure of how it relates to the meat diet. Your characterization is dishonest, and unnecessarily hostile. I really don't understand why you've taken this overly emotional position and become so nasty. But I'm not going to engage with it. And I'm definitely not going to justify my knowledge of the flouride issue to you because it wouldn't have any constructive benefit. No matter what I say you're just going to dismiss it and continue being insulting, and lying about be. Because I guess that's who you are. You have to be right at all times or else you throw a tantrum. And anyone who doesn't accept your version of reality is immediately your enemy. Well challenge accepted.
