Bitcoin lending will be mainstream. The Uniform Commercial Code has proposed a new Article 12 providing a uniform framework for making secured loans against Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies and NFTs. I am on a committee working on NC adoption of the uniform act. This is a big step toward the future. #btc
