I usually don't care for needlessly abstract discussions, but in the objective of code readability; when describing a semantic triple, is it fair to use target instead of object?
In other words: subject --(predicate)--> target
instead of the usual: subject --(predicate)--> object
It feels like 'subject' and 'object' could easily be confused for where they are in the triple (for those new to the concept), while 'target' is clearer, yet any documentation on semantic triples seems to only use 'subject', 'predicate', 'object' to describe the components of a semantic triple.
