I see people using the phrase "non-sexual nudity" (often in nudist contexts) and to me it suggests that people fundamentally misunderstand the relationship between sexuality and visuals.

Nudity has no inherent meaning. We each of us engage with nudity through the lenses of our own culture and biases.

Nudity is sexual if I see it and choose to sexualize it. Nudity is non-sexual if I see it and do NOT so choose.

The nude person doesn't actually get a vote. The sexualization is exterior to them.
