My big issue with WFH is how it was (and is) handled: we were sent home with no support and no equipment at the start of a terrifying pandemic and were expected to continue as if nothing had changed. Going from a two-monitor full desk setup to a crappy laptop on a TV tray with kids underfoot was no excuse for any change in productivity or collaboration. Also, NO home office purchases are reimbursable; I had to buy a desk, chair, monitor, keyboard/mouse, printer, and supplies all out of pocket.
