You have a KYC wallet that you move your BTC to your exchange that shares the transactions with the tax authority.

You have a non-KYC wallet that you move your BTC to your KYC wallet via a two step DEX (decentralized exchange): first to a non-BTC crypto coin and from that to the KYC BTC wallet.
The BTC trail ends with the DEX.

THe EU asset register will get around this. Solution: Escape EU, UK. ASAP.

Coming soon (hopefully) to Sparrow, Aqua etc: 'Silent Transactions' - "Receive private payments from anyone on a single static address without requiring any interaction or extra on-chain overhead." - this a feature called BIP352 running as part of the Bitcoin core software.

So far only Cake wallet has the feature implemented fully and we both wallets of the send & receive to have the BIP352 feature included for the private transaction to occur.
