Oura says I slept 7H 40M last night! and I can feel the unlimited power! The only thing that changed in my routine was the meditation I did.

Less than 30 min in multiple sessions (15 + 5 + 5 + 5).

I have one of those Muse headbands to help me meditate because I suck at it. Had no idea what I was doing. The feedback is nice.
