A warning to the world: old #plastic bags explosive!
Like many others, we have a corner kitchen cupboard that's nigh on inaccessible, and consequently collects many things that are seldom used. My wife had occasion to find one of these last evening, and accidentally touched a plastic bag that was, we discovered, holding a tea-pot (bought 25+ years ago, never used). The bag disintegrated into a million tiny shreds! Any larger bits fell apart when I tried to remove them. #Microplastic everywhere.
