In fields of the lowlands, where shadows do play,
There grows a strange blossom, earthy and gray.
Not fragrant nor fair, and not tall nor grand,
Yet there stands the turd blossom, proud on the land.

Born from the grit and the soil’s dark embrace,
It rises resilient in the oddest of place.
With roots deep and strong in the muck and the grime,
It faces the sun, undeterred by the slime.

Through rain and through drought, it steadies its bloom,
Adapting and thriving in spaces of gloom.
Unlikely and plain, yet stubbornly bold,
A beauty unsung and a story untold.

So here’s to the blossoms that rise from the dirt,
Who find their own strength in the grip of the earth.
They bloom not for glory, nor beauty, nor praise,
But to show that all things grow in curious ways.
