My WoT relay based on my ~800 follows gives a trust network of ~50000. Quite large for a network with 15000 daily users.
If you are followed by the user you would still be included in the WoT. This just means your follow list isn't included in the WoT calculation, nothing else. When I started running my relay I removed about 300 non active followers and it didn't change the network size really, due to how small and interconnected Nostr is.
