Other one for the hive mind - a couple of days ago someone on here said they were having a bit of a struggle with their mail. They lost someone recently and all their mail is related to the administrivia of that and it hurts and they were wondering if someone would send them a letter just so their post isn't 100% grief-inducing. Did anyone else see this because I'd like to help...
