Just a reminder: There are plenty of cranks on #mastodon and #socialmedia with wild unsubstantiated health advice claiming that CDC/WHO/etc. is wrong about Covid/H5N1/etc. You are reminded that anyone can post anything they like here, #mastodon is no less susceptible to #misinformation than any other media, and boosting is just a popularity contest does not indicate the scientific consensus on available evidence. And yes, this probably needs to be posted 100 times per day.
