The only men I've ever seen that refer to themselves as "alphas" have ALWAYS been the most insecure men I've ever met.
Sure they will act confidence and authority, but it's ALWAYS to hide the insecurity of their fears.
Confidence doesn't need to be loud and demanding. It isn't a weapon to try to bludgeon others with. It's understanding that even though you may be afraid, that pushing past your fears is the only way to move ahead.
If you need to dominate to be confident. You aren't confident.
