江苏大学教师近日发帖吐槽,指责学校实施“量化考核”,称这是剥削普通教师的工具。帖子中提到,小班教学的工作量被按比例扣减,人少的班级工作量甚至减半计算。同时,导师带学术项目、参与招生、出题、批卷、面试、答辩等都不计入工作量,而每年对教师的工作量要求却不断上涨。完不成工作量的教师还会被扣工资。
更有爆料称,仅2024年就有超过200名教师申请离职,而学校并未全部批准。不过,随后江苏大学官方发帖辟谣,称2024年并没有200多名教师离职。
Teachers at Jiangsu University recently posted online, accusing the school of implementing a "quantitative assessment" system, which they described as a tool to exploit ordinary faculty members. According to the post, workloads for small classes are reduced proportionally, with some workloads halved for classes with fewer students. Tasks such as supervising academic projects, participating in admissions, setting and grading exams, conducting interviews, and thesis defenses are not included in workload calculations, while annual workload requirements keep increasing. Teachers who fail to meet these targets face salary deductions.
It was also alleged that over 200 teachers applied to resign in 2024, though not all applications were approved. However, Jiangsu University later issued an official statement refuting these claims, stating that there were not over 200 resignations in 2024.
