Well, t Mobile has done it again. And thanks to the last time I called them, a couple days ago, I already know that calling them will achieve nothing. They've even started claiming that their terms of service state that they don't guarantee good service, a mile wide pile of bullshit, as if any company's terms of service actually said that, people would run in the other direction in droves. They're basically saying this to avoid crediting my account with the money they owe me for when the service isn't working properly. Far from the company I originally joined nine years ago when I first got an iPhone, they've gone crooked. And thanks to this building being contracted out to century stink, I can't even switch providers. Got to love it!
