It seems fine except the list style seems off. I forget which one you want, but I don’t think you want it inset. It should look more like the Settings app, which I believe has the cells filling the full width.
Also, I wouldn’t make the sections collapsible. I’d make sections with headings (non-selectable) with sub-items to give it a sense of visual hierarchy. See iPadOS Settings.app for inspo.
