We spent some time talking about trying to make a difference. And that's quite hard with photography.

Does the world really need another hundred thousand pics of penguins this week? Is that helping anyone at all?

I think I helped a bunch of travellers enjoy their wilderness experience. Helped them to share that joy. Helped to entertain them. Not sure any of that will make a big impact to saving our wild places. Can only hope so.
