50% of tax income is insane. Companies don't even get charged that, if that's personal income, then companies would be like 65 - 70%? does that make sense?

"Government first responders are clearly not good solution for problem." - If you seriously consider this, then you may need to review your countries own first responders and see if private responders are better serving. If that is a case, then it's a refection of poor governance rather than the first responders. Being a European country, and part of the EU, one wouldn't think they have third world governments all of a sudden?
