I observe the sky pretty much every day, throughout the day, wherever I am (looks like I'm staring into space 😂). I sketch almost every day, and paint quick, small color studies frequently. For this series, I'm painting in my studio, from memories and notes of my observations, and from imagination (informed by the sketches and color studies). When the weather gets a little warmer here, I will paint outside, and I have a couple different easels for that. 🙂🎨
