Bad news: No choice on penile reconstruction. If I still want M to N surgery in a year or so, I will have to pursue that separately.
Medium news: Surgery round 2 is being delayed a month to give me more chance to lose weight. Exercise is helping, but it's not enough and I need to give up alcohol and start starving myself a bit.
Good news: I really like cabbage soup.
