They are being sprayed so hard that they are practically NEVER allowed a blue sky anymore. Just a permanent mono-cloud covering everything, which is dumped on 24/7/365 so not a single ray of sun gets through, for weeks to MONTHS on end.
They are all told, "Oh yeah it's just REALLY CLOUDY here, that's normal."
