Backstory:
I purchased Yogurt Powder a few years back, I wanted to make yogurt pretzels. I have searched for years looking for a good recipe to do this. My dh would never eat these pretzels if made using refrigerated yogurt (stability).
Finally found a recipe using white chocolate and yogurt powder!
Delicious and I will double the batch next time.
