Another testimony of New Jersey Mayor confirming that orbs have been seen morphing into crafts with blinking lights. To have seen the same phenomena myself a few years ago, I can tell that it didn’t look like the luminescence of the orb was caused by a beacon. Either the craft is contained in the orb that fades or the orb has the capability to morph into other shapes such as a craft.
