I just use both Plex, Jellyfin, Nextcloud, and Audiobookshelf for my music, podcasts, movies, and show watching because sometimes it's just better depending on what I want to do with it and on what platform. Sometimes I just want to watch a movie I have on my server and I can share that easier with Nextcloud than Plex or Jellyfin. Music works better on Jellyfin than Plex I think, but audiobooks are on both my Jellyfin and Audiobookshelf. Plex seems to handle subtitles better than Jellyfin currently.
