there are new laptops that can accept water cooler extensions. This is expensive and dangerous for obvious reasons. Why aren't there laptops that can take heat sink extensions? Literally just give me a gigantic hunk of metal with a fan I can stick into a slot when the device is stationary. Wouldn't that be far simpler?
