Power is pursued through corrupted incentive structures, which work hand in hand with ideological barriers that people can’t seem to escape. If you’re anticipating peace to arrive in your life from external forces, you will be waiting forever.

Peace comes from within. Until each individual and society grapples with unconscious forces, the lust for power, and seriously engages with the notion of self-experience, peace will remain elusive. As more individuals become conscious, they contribute to the creation of a more conscious society, which spreads like a morphogenetic field. It’s a simple fact: more conscious people create a more conscious society.
