for some reason my installation of firefox hasn't been able to play any vorbis-encoded audio for the past few months. what's weirder, though, is that this issue somehow persisted across my distro hop from debian to fedora. I've always used the distro-packaged version of firefox, so the fact that it's still an issue is... odd. like, there's no reason something in a profile could disable entire codecs, right? (aside from addons, but I've had the same ones since I last remember vorbis working)
