Allowing employees 2 additional 15min breaks with their lunches is terrible for business. That's far too long. It should be only 3 min each break, empowering the employees to return 5x as fast as before. This would compound into 10x the productivity if we take the time-save from the other break as well, and they still get 6 FULL minutes of rest in 8 hour shifts.
