Roads are all built by private companies. You must understand that money is not a/the thing itself, but purely information that coordinates human activity, it cannot ever inherently be generative. Human time and physical objects are inherently finite / zero sum in any ~zero time thickness slice despite growth occuring over time.
What Mircea did not explicitly go over in his blog post is relational contract theory. Nostr may end up being an emergent "state maintaining" sort of system that obviates much of the role of government in rule of law and contract stability.
