The odd thing I've noticed since building the tandoor is we have a lot less (indoor) oven cleaning. Most things that would coat the oven in grease are far better cooked in the tandoor, which is hot enough and outside enough to just burn that off.
I'm starting to refer to our kitchen oven as the Indoor.
