Apparently my previous authorization for this med expired in March, so they can’t use that and is why they denied this refill. And my doctor’s office is changing systems, which is part of why I spent so long on hold. But my insurance is able to start the authorization and fax my doctor for information so we’ve done that and now I just. Wait.
