I was kickedfrom a home canning group that was suggesting water bath for meat..this is dangerous because of botulism as the bacteria are not killed unless pressure canned (tomato sauce is acid enough that the botulism toxin is not produced if the bacteria is present) after i told them they wer being dangerous....they were like my family has done this for generations. Botulism is not a fun road once you get it.survive onlywith hospital intervention",
