Yeah, I usually ignore accusations because vast majority of people, including in here, don't know what they're talking about. I only act more cautious when there are palpable signs of consequences that will negatively affect all parties involved. Mere accusations doesn't bother me because people complaining about me almost always confirms I am correct rather than wrong.
