"content": "Yes, but the desktop itself doesn't provide decorations. If GNOME wants a cohesive experience on their desktop, it's on them to adopt the xdg-decoration spec in Mutter. Until they do that, undecorated, out of place windows are just the intended functionality of GNOME. It should not be on an app developer to feel that they have to work around that.",
