今天才知道原来只有 ssh.github.com 开了 ssh over https....帮群友 debug 了大半天为什么用 443 连 github.com 连不上，从 netcat 到 proxy 都 debug 了一遍...最后靠 match all 和 ssh -vvv 发现对 github.com 选 443 总是不对才发现问题（。。。
