Here’s a gem of a game that not many people seem to remember. It’s a game called Outland, and it came out in 2011 as a digital download on Xbox 360 and PS3.

It’s a “metroidvania” style game but the gimmick is you can switch between red and blue variations to avoid enemy attacks, reach platforms and unlock new areas. It’s kind of like what would happen if SotN and Ikaruga had a baby. Highly recommended if you’re a fan of this genre!
