Annoying the youth with small talk as an art form.
Once a month we pick up pizza at a local pizzeria.
They have a brick oven and we were killing time at the counter waiting for the last of our order to finish baking.
I told the girl behind the counter that I knew how to cook pizzas in a brick oven because my very first job at 15 was at a Shakeys.
"What's a Shakeys?" she asked.
And now I know I should have been talking to her grandparents.
