CoffeeGeek (npub1ep8…29a5) this is anecdotal but I’m getting very nice shots out of a brand new Timemore 078S without having to season the burrs with an insane amount of coffee like some YouTubers have claimed is necessary. Quite a few of them have mentioned needing to do that, so there’s probably something to that bit of data, but I can’t corroborate it.
