This is actually misleading. None of those actions even require a warrant according to my understanding from a source I ran across a while back. Just probable cause.
If the device requires a PIN, then a warrant is absolutely required.
To circumvent this, Graphene and I believe Android more broadly, have a feature to quickly lock your device, such that a PIN must be entered to unlock.
